Peugeot 106 Ph.1 Rallye Gr.N Rallye Vins-Mâcon 1997
Two years after bringing home the « Volant Rallye Jeune », a competition for young rally drivers organised by the FFSA and Peugeot, Sebastien Loeb found himself a part of the Ambition Sport Auto team handled by Dominique Heintz, giving a chance for the young alsacien pilot to prove himself. The Vins-Mâcon trial was Loeb's third rally. With the help of Schneider, his new co-pilot, the duo was victorious in the N1 with their little Peugeot. On the sinewy tracks of the championship, the agility and balance of the Group N version of the 106 Rally worked wonderfully.
