Mercedes-Benz 190E 2.5-16 Evolution 2
In March 1990, the Mercedes-Benz 190E 2.5-16 Evolution 2 was born. With its sporty allure, the German car was designed with the intention of taking part in the German Touring Car Championship (DTM). With barely 502 copies made, at a cost of 460.000 francs (a little more than 70.000€) a piece, this very exclusive model in its metallic blue & black livery had 235 hp (compared to a mere 195 for its predecessor), a 5-gear manual transmission, 16 poppet valves, 7200 rpm, and an acceleration of 0-100km/h in 7,5 seconds.
