Mercedes-Benz 300SL AMG Red 1974
The history of the 300 SL is already a novel in its own right, giving it an unlimited access to the pantheon of automobiles. But this particular 300 SL is unique. Solely designed for exports when it left the factory in 1957, it returned to the homeland 17 years later to join the AMG workshop. It then spent a year being fitted with a 4.5L V8 engine with 285 horsepower pushing it along. This model was commissioned by billionaire industrialist Friedrich Karl Flick. The 300 SL AMG remains to this day a unique masterpiece.
