Volkswagen Jetta Mk.1 GTX 16V Tornado Red 1987
The Volkswagen Jetta GTX 16V was a cross between a peaceful German Sedan and a Golf GTI 16V. While its design remained humble, it retained the competitiveness of its younger sister, with 0 to 100 km/h broken in 8,4 seconds and with a top speed of 206 km/h. It borrowed the 14” rims from the Golf GTI and was equipped with 4 disc-brakes so as to calm the bravado of its pilot. The 4-cylinder engine is equipped with 139 horsepower. More discreet than the Golf, it is also a rarer model that has seen its value improve over the years.
