Alpine A110 S Gr.5

The Alpine A110 is more than a sports car; it is very simply a legend. Imagined by Jean Rédélé with pieces borrowed from Renault cars, it would become a huge success on the roads and in competition. It became a world champion of rallies as soon as 1973 and had nothing more to prove after that. During its last year of production it was entered in Rallycross and entrusted to the young driver Piet Kruythof. He was a young Dutchman whose father was a Renault dealer. Driven by the latter and hired by the Vialle Autogas team, he was gifted with great results in the national rallycross championship.
