2 - The OttOmobile Club
What is the OttOmobile Club?
The OttOmobile Club is the monthly launch system for new OttOmobile models. Each month, a selection of new collector's models is presented on the official website. Collectors can reserve them during a set period before they are shipped.
Do I need to be a member to buy from the OttOmobile Club?
No. You do not need to be a member to order the models offered in the OttOmobile Club. You simply need a customer account on the OttOmobile website and to place your order during the reservation period.
How many new models are offered each month?
The OttOmobile Club generally offers five new models each month. This selection may include civilian, sports, competition or rally cars, mainly in 1:18 scale.
When are new OttOmobile models announced?
New OttOmobile Club models are presented at the start of each month, usually on the first day of the month. The models are announced on the OttOmobile website as well as via the brand's newsletter and social media.

What happens if a Club model is sold out?
When an OttOmobile Club model is sold out, it can no longer be ordered. As OttOmobile models are produced in limited, numbered editions, a sold-out model is generally not reproduced identically. However, another version of the vehicle may be offered at a later date.

3 - Special sales
What are OttOmobile special sales?
OttOmobile special sales are one-off events held outside the monthly Club. They make it possible to offer certain particular models, sometimes in a specific configuration, scale or series.
These sales have their own reservation, payment and shipping schedule, which may differ from that of the OttOmobile Club. Quantities are limited and models are available while stocks last or until the stated closing date.
When do OttOmobile special sales take place?
OttOmobile special sales are generally held on Fridays. They are announced on the OttOmobile website, in the newsletter and on social media.
What is a pre-order?
Some models offered during OttOmobile special sales are available for pre-order, in particular GT4 and OttO Project Cars (OPC) models. In this case, the model can be reserved several months before it is shipped, according to the schedule given at the time of the sale.
4 - Tracking your orders
The OttOmobile website was rebuilt in 2023. All customers who had an account on the old websites (OttO Club and OttO Shop) need to create a new account the first time they log in to this new website. You can use the same email address when you log in again for the first time.
You will also need to enter your billing address by clicking on "Add an address" to confirm your postal details.
To view your customer account and your previous order history, log in to your customer area and go to the "My orders" section.
For OttO Club orders, you can pay using several payment methods: bank card, direct debit, cheque or bank transfer. You can pay immediately when ordering or choose to pay later. The payment deadline is the 10th of the month of the model. Cheques and direct debits are cashed on the 10th of the month of the model. For cheques and bank transfers, please include your customer account number and the order reference.
