After Sales Service

CLAIM

All claims concerning damages, missing parts and shipping errors from models purchased through the OttOmobile club or webshop must be sent by email, along with photos and invoice, to the after sales department at sav@otto-models.com within 15 days following reception of the merchandise.
For models purchased through retail stores, ebay or any other distributors other than the OttOmobile club or webshop, please contact the seller directly.

AFTER SALES SERVICE AND RETURNS

Pièces détachées Parts :

No exchange will be permitted if the parts can be easily replaced (decals, window panes, antennas…).
We provide extra parts -free of charge- if you received your model with a broken or missing part as described above.
However our parts inventory is limited so we will only be able to provide parts within 6 months of the purchasing date of the model.

Remboursement Exchange or Refund :

In case of major damage, we offer a 7 days return policy from the agreement date with our after sale service. Each item must be returned in its original packaging. Shipping will have to be paid by the customer in a first time.
If the exchange is possible, we will ship you a new model.
If the model can not be replaced we will refund you via paypal or credit card. Ottomobile will refund your return shipping charges as well based on the standard postal service charges.
We thank you for your attention on this matter and hope that most cases can be solved in an gentle way.
